Pack 69 Pinewood Derby race will be held in January at a date and time still to be determined. It is likely
that the derby will NOT be held on the regular pack meeting night due to the availability of a Pinewood track
and facility. The derby will replace the January pack meeting. The pack will set up a car building workshop
on a Saturday in January prior to the race for those scouts and parents who want to participate. New this year:
Parent Derby. As a fundraiser for the pack, parents are eligible to build a derby car and race it in a special
adults only division. The same rules and regulations apply for parents as outlined for scouts. Adult derby
participants will purchase their own certified Pinewood Derby car kit and will pay a race entry fee of $10,
all of which will be donated to Pack 69. More details on the Adult Derby to follow.
